Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you are looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.


14-Day Reflection Period of the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.

At Sascal Atelier, we want you to love every garment you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions for Accepting a Return

For a return to be accepted, the garment must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in the same condition as it was delivered.

  • Not have been used or washed.

  • Retain all original tags, packaging, and elements (including bags or protectors if any).

  • Not show any stains, odors, damages, or alterations of any kind.

Return Process

  1. Send an email to hello@sascalatelier.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions for sending the garment to our workshop or logistics center.

  3. Once the garment is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been accepted.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used.

  • The processing time for the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.

  • In case the return does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right not to process the refund and to return the garment to the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the garment arrived with a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of Sascal Atelier.
